OFF ROTA is building a small creator and affiliate programme for people who genuinely understand frontline and shift-work life. We care more about relevance and trust than huge follower counts.
Who we're looking for
Paramedics, ambulance staff, nurses, doctors, HCAs, control-room staff, police, fire, physios, healthcare and emergency-service students, and other creators whose audience overlaps with OFF ROTA.
We're especially interested in useful, funny or authentic content around placements, night shifts, crew-room culture, training, off-duty life and the in-jokes that only make sense if you've worked it.
What approved creators can get
- A trackable affiliate link or creator code once approved.
- 5% starting commission on eligible referred net product sales.
- 15% personal creator discount while your participation is active.
- Early access to new drops and selected launches.
- Occasional samples where it makes commercial sense.
- Priority consideration for creator collaborations and limited-run designs.
Higher commission rates or bespoke arrangements may be offered for stronger ongoing partnerships.
How to apply
Email hello@offrota.co.uk with the subject OFF ROTA Creator Application and include:
- Your name and role, profession or course.
- Your main social platform and handle.
- A link to your profile.
- A short note on your audience and the kind of content you make.
- Why you think OFF ROTA fits your audience.
You do not need a huge following. A small, highly relevant audience is absolutely fine.
Please do not send patient information, confidential service information or staff-ID images.
