OFF ROTA Creator & Affiliate Terms
These terms apply to creators accepted into the OFF ROTA creator and affiliate programme.
Commission
The standard starting commission is 5% of qualifying net product sales attributed to your approved affiliate link or creator code, unless a different rate is agreed with you in writing.
Commission is calculated after discounts and excludes delivery charges, taxes or duties, cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks and returned items.
Commission becomes payable only after the relevant order has passed the applicable cancellation and returns period and the referral has been validated. OFF ROTA may change future commission rates or programme benefits on reasonable notice; already-earned eligible commission is not affected.
Creator discount and samples
Approved creators may receive a personal creator discount and, where agreed, samples or gifted products. Personal discounts are for the approved creator unless OFF ROTA expressly states otherwise and must not be publicly shared as a customer discount code.
Promotion and disclosure
You must clearly disclose when content contains an affiliate link, creator code, paid partnership, gifted product or other commercial relationship. Promotions must be truthful, accurate and not misleading.
You must not imply that OFF ROTA, you, or a promoted product is endorsed by the NHS, an ambulance service, police force, fire service, university or other employer unless that organisation has expressly authorised the claim.
Professional conduct
Do not use patient, service-user or confidential operational information in OFF ROTA content. Do not post identifiable clinical material, film patients or operational incidents for the programme, or breach your employer, university or professional social-media rules.
Do not use protected NHS or service logos, uniforms or branding in a way that implies endorsement or infringes third-party rights. Any clinical or safety-related statement must be accurate and within your competence.
Fair use
Self-referrals, fabricated transactions, cookie stuffing, misleading redirects, spam, unauthorised paid advertising using OFF ROTA brand terms, or attempts to manipulate attribution are not permitted. We may reverse commission linked to refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible transactions.
Relationship
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. You cannot make commitments on behalf of OFF ROTA.
Ending participation
Either side may end participation. OFF ROTA may suspend or remove a creator immediately for fraud, misleading promotion, confidentiality breaches, harmful conduct or conduct likely to damage customers or the brand. Eligible commission earned before termination remains subject to normal validation and returns rules.
Tracking and payment platform
Affiliate links, creator codes, attribution and payouts may be administered through Shopify Collabs or another approved affiliate platform. Any platform-specific terms shown when you accept an invitation also apply to your use of that platform.
