OFF ROTA is launching UK-first. Available delivery services, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Made-to-order and partner-fulfilled products

Some original OFF ROTA products are made to order by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Selected independent-maker products may also be dispatched directly by an approved partner. Because of this, items from the same order can sometimes arrive in separate parcels.

Where a product is produced or fulfilled in the UK, the relevant production and delivery estimate will be shown on the product page or at checkout where available. We do not assume every product or variant is UK-fulfilled.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Any product-specific production or dispatch estimate will be shown on the relevant product page where applicable. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. In line with UK distance-selling requirements, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed with you.

Delivery charges

The total delivery charge is shown before you place your order. If an order is split between more than one fulfilment partner, you will not be charged an undisclosed additional delivery fee after checkout.

Returns

For items fulfilled at Printful’s UK facility, we may confirm Printful UK Ltd, Air 50, Well Lane, Wolverhampton, WV11 1XR as the appropriate product returns destination. This is Printful’s facility, not OFF ROTA’s business correspondence address. Contact OFF ROTA before posting any return: the correct destination depends on where your individual order was fulfilled and may be different for other fulfilment partners.

For faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items, we may be able to offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item back. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order details and we will investigate it with the relevant fulfilment partner or carrier.
