What is OFF ROTA?
OFF ROTA is an independent UK shop for emergency-service people, starting with the ambulance community. We curate original clothing, gifts, useful shift kit and products made by people who understand the job.
Who operates OFF ROTA?
OFF ROTA is an independent UK retail brand operated by a sole trader. Customer-support enquiries can be sent to hello@offrota.co.uk.
Is OFF ROTA part of the NHS or an ambulance service?
No. OFF ROTA is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the NHS or any individual ambulance, police, fire or other emergency service.
Do you sell official NHS merchandise?
No. We do not use official NHS or individual service branding without permission. OFF ROTA products use original designs and independent branding.
What is Made by the Crew?
It is our curated area for products created by people from the emergency-services community. Makers can apply through our Sell with OFF ROTA page. Every product is reviewed before being listed.
Can I become an OFF ROTA creator or affiliate?
Yes. We are building a small creator programme for frontline staff, students and other relevant creators. You do not need a huge following. Visit Join the OFF ROTA Crew for the current commission structure and application details.
Do you sell clinical equipment?
Our launch focus is clothing, gifts, low-risk accessories and useful quality-of-life kit. We do not want to fill the shop with unverified safety-critical or clinical products.
Will everything arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Some products may be made to order or fulfilled by approved independent partners, so an order containing different products can arrive in separate parcels. We will make this clear where relevant.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible online purchases can be returned in line with our Returns & Exchanges policy and your statutory rights. For orders fulfilled at Printful’s UK facility, Printful lists an official returns location in Wolverhampton. Please contact OFF ROTA first so we can verify the correct route for your particular order. This facility does not accept business correspondence or legal notices.
What if my item is damaged, faulty or misprinted?
Contact hello@offrota.co.uk with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund without requiring the item back where that is the most sensible option.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Many products are made to order, so we do not normally run direct size or colour exchanges. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you can return the original item and place a new order for the preferred option.
Where do you ship?
We are launching UK-first. Available destinations and delivery costs are shown at checkout.
I have a product OFF ROTA should stock. What do I do?
Visit Sell with OFF ROTA and tell us what you make, how you fulfil it and where it is currently sold.
Can I organise a crew or society order?
Yes. Visit Crew & Group Orders and tell us the products, approximate quantity, delivery postcode and date you need them. We review availability and costs before providing a written quote.
