We review enquiries individually. Tell us:
- Your group or organisation and a contact name.
- The product or design you like, and roughly how many you need.
- Your size breakdown, if known.
- Your UK delivery postcode and the date you need the order.
- Your budget per item, if you have one.

What happens next?
We check product availability, production costs, delivery and any artwork requirements. Where we can help, we provide a written quote covering the items, sizes, full price and expected timings. You approve the specification before paying, and production starts only after the order is agreed and paid.
There is no published bulk discount, minimum quantity or guaranteed turnaround. An enquiry does not place an order or reserve production capacity. Small groups are welcome; regular retail orders may be the simplest option.
Have a custom idea?
Include a short description in your enquiry. Custom printing or embroidery is subject to suitability, availability and a separate quote. Please only supply artwork you own or have permission to use. We cannot reproduce protected NHS or employer branding without permission.
