Refund policy

OFF ROTA sells clothing, mugs, caps and related merchandise at offrota.co.uk. Many products are fulfilled by Printful or another fulfilment partner. Please contact hello@offrota.co.uk before returning anything so we can confirm the correct return route for your order.

Changing your mind

For eligible goods bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days, starting the day after you or someone you nominate receives the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, this period normally starts the day after the final item arrives. You can also notify us before delivery.

Email hello@offrota.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your order number if available, and the items concerned. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your cancellation right.

After notifying us, return the goods without unnecessary delay and normally within a further 14 days. Please contact us before posting anything because some products are fulfilled by different partners and may need a different return route.

For a return relating to an order fulfilled at Printful's UK facility, we may direct you to the following default UK returns address. Do not post a parcel here until we have checked your order and confirmed the appropriate return route:

This address is for product returns only. It is not OFF ROTA's legal or general correspondence address. Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm that this is the correct destination for your order.

Orders fulfilled by another approved partner may use a different return address. We will provide the correct instructions promptly.

Return postage and condition

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise or the law requires us to pay. Please pack items securely and retain proof of postage.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, including opening packaging and trying clothing on. Original packaging is helpful where available, but is not a condition of exercising your legal cancellation right.

Where legally permitted, we may deduct an amount reflecting a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, such as wearing or washing clothing beyond trying it on. We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees.

Size and colour changes

Because many OFF ROTA products are made to order, we do not normally operate a direct size or colour exchange service. For an eligible change-of-mind return, you can return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the preferred size or colour.

Faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact hello@offrota.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful because they can allow us and the fulfilment partner to resolve the issue quickly.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund without asking you to return the item. This is especially likely where a product is faulty, misprinted or low-value and returning it would add unnecessary cost or waste. If we confirm that no return is needed, you may keep, donate or responsibly dispose of the item.

A returnless refund is not guaranteed in every case and does not reduce any remedy you are entitled to under UK consumer law. If a return is required because goods fail to meet your legal rights, we will arrange or cover reasonable return costs as required.

Personalised and bespoke items

Change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as an item printed with a name or artwork you supply, where UK law permits that exclusion. Any applicable exclusion will be explained before purchase.

Being made to order or printed on demand does not, by itself, make an item non-returnable. Standard OFF ROTA designs, including products selected from our usual size or colour options, are not automatically excluded.

These exclusions never remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the standards required by law.

Refund amounts and timing

For a valid cancellation, we refund the price paid for the returned goods and, where legally required, the basic standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the standard delivery amount. Any lawful deduction for reduced value will be explained.

We issue cancellation refunds without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If no goods need to be returned, we normally refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country also remain unaffected.
