It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official supplier of the NHS, any NHS Trust, ambulance service, police force, fire and rescue service or other emergency-service organisation unless a particular partnership is expressly stated.
Orders
Product information, prices and availability may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and may be cancelled or refunded where, for example, there is a pricing error, a product becomes unavailable, a fulfilment partner cannot supply a variant or fraud checks require cancellation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
Products and fulfilment
Some products are made to order or fulfilled by third-party production and logistics partners. Product colours and print placement may vary slightly between screens, mockups and the finished item. Where sizing information is provided, please check it before ordering.
Use of products
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, OFF ROTA lifestyle products and accessories are not medical devices, personal protective equipment or substitutes for approved clinical equipment. Customers remain responsible for following employer policies and professional requirements when using any item in or around the workplace.
Intellectual property
OFF ROTA branding, original artwork, product copy and other original store content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any order discounts are displayed before you confirm payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Some products are printed or embroidered to order, and items may arrive in separate parcels. We provide delivery arrangements and estimated times on the relevant product or delivery information pages, and will deliver goods within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
For information on the statutory right to cancel eligible online purchases, the process for returning goods, any direct return-postage costs, and remedies for faulty items, please see our Returns & Exchanges page and Refund Policy. The fact that an item is printed to order does not, on its own, remove cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer protections.
